| With the acceleration of the aging process,the population of the elderly is increasing in China.Lower activity of the elderly`s body and the body is prone to many obstacles and lesions.As a result,many elderly people need long-term lie in bed,cannot fully self-care in their lives,and must rely on the care and nursing of others.Based on this situation,this thesis designed an intelligent nursing bed control system,which can control the bed body and toilet by controlling buttons,operating leveror mobile phone to complete the transformation of the body shape,wheelchairs move freely,automatic treatment of urine,voice prompts,wind temperature adjustment,water temperature adjustment and other functions.The intelligent nursing bed control system takes the STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the core,supplemented by the sensor input module,control module,motor control module,water temperature control module,wind temperature control module,sewage flushing and hip cleaning module,bluetooth communication module and other peripherals circuit.Control module includes button control,joystick control and mobile phone control,the user can manipulate the intelligent nursing bed in different ways by selecting the control method.The sensor input module includes temperature sensor,infrared radiation sensor,barrel position sensor,ultrasonic sensor,etc.It can detect temperature signals,urine information,bucket position information,obstacle position information,and the like.The motor push rod control module is mainly used to control the motor push rod,DC brush motor to realize lifting and lowering of the bed body,moveing freely of the wheelchair parts.The system can control water temperature,wind temperature and cleaning water by controlling the water heater,the wind heater and the water pump.It can be used to flush the toilet’s dirt,wash the warm water,and warm the wind to dry the air.The bluetooth communication module is mainly used to implement the communication between the STM32F103ZET6 and the mobile phone,so that the system can be controlled by the mobile phone client.This thesis has carried on the hardware and the software design to this system,and given the thought of concrete hardware circuit and software design.A fuzzy control algorithm based on multi-sensor fusion is used to solve the automatic obstacle avoidance problem of the wheelchair part.Simulation and experimental results show that the obstacle avoidance effect is good.Finally,this thesis carried out the water heating test,wind heating test,bluetooth communication test,key test,voice alarm test wheelchair part automatic obstacle avoidance test and other experiments.The experimental results show that the system performance is stable and practical. |
