Bid in Wu Han rail transit line no.27 second paper lane street between town station,subway station as the background,combined with the segment of a subway tunnel karst cave and encountered in the excavation process as well as the red clay stratum,in order to ensure the quality and safety of this subway tunnel,through analysis and comparison,decide the grouting technology is adopted to the segment of the filling reinforcing the underlying and waterproof,develop the project design and construction organization design of grouting technique,under the strict management and supervision,engineering has reached the expected purpose.And red clay of melt were designed including grouting materials and grouting pressure,grouting quantity and technical parameters,such as the construction technology and construction organization management,to track the whole process of construction supervision,achieved good effect.At the same time through monitoring and data analysis and timely feedback,so as to grasp the grouting effect at any time,to ensure quality and safety.The engineering application results show that the advanced small pipe grouting and pipe shed support technology adopted in this project is reasonable,and the construction is proper,and the purpose of filling and strengthening the bad strata in this section is well realized.
