With the development of modern construction technology,the construction industry is also in a period of vigorous development.At the same time,the construction quality and safety performance requirements are also gradually improved.The construction quality and safety performance requirements of cast-in-place box girders in large cross-river bridge are also gradually improved,and the water operation is always a difficult point in the construction process.How to ensure the construction safety while ensuring the construction quality is a question that the construction industry has been exploring in recent years.Considering all aspects,the construction quality and safety performance of the cast-in-situ box girder in water can not be satisfied.Therefore,the improved water support construction method has been widely used in the construction of various large span Bridges.At the same time,in the construction process,the quality and safety performance requirements of different projects are required,and the construction skills of the water support are gradually improved and improved.This article mainly in huizhou city,guangdong province,the third dongjiang bridge under construction in urban engineering as an example,for a third north approach of dongjiang bridge south approach of the third and the immovable water cast-in-situ box girder bracket construction method adopted by the water were studied.With the extensive use of Bridges,widening Bridges,curved Bridges and other bridge structures,the form and complexity of scaffolds have developed greatly.Cast-in-situ box girder bracket used more steel structure in our country at present,generally USES the following format: fastener type steel pipe support,socket type steel pipe support,tower steel pipe support,etc.,and some special kind support such as door type steel pipe support,the attached type lifting bracket,etc.Because of the special conditions,the water bracket needs to be further improved.How to ensure the stability of the box girder supports in the water and ensure the quality and safety of the construction of the upper cast-in-place box girder is the difficult point in the construction of the third dongjiang bridge.And this paper will combine the site construction conditions,innovation to improve the construction and technology of the original water,in the original and bowl type steel tube scaffold and bailey beamcombining steel tube column formation water platform combination,formed steel tube column + bailey beam + main beams and bowl scaffold new stents in water solution,and calculation and verification by the finite element method,on the premise of ensuring safety compliance,the rational allocation of resources and construction steel consumption,in order to achieve maximum benefit.
