This article takes "the beauty of simplicity" as the aesthetic point of view with national characteristics as the starting point,and combines the theory of product semantics to summarize the semantic connotation and expression of "beauty of simplicity" in product design.The research concludes "Home Beauty" in the design of home products in the design principles and design methods and specific design practice.The "simple beauty" is rooted in Chinese traditional culture and artistic creation and is a pursuit of aesthetics and the artistic realm.As the pursuit of beauty,"beauty of simplicity" emphasizes conformity to materialism,compliance with laws,reduction of simplicity and beauty of carving and grooming,teacher-making and light labor,that is,"simplicity and beauty of the world".As the artistic realm,"the beauty of simplicity" focuses on the inner nature and innocence.Through breaking the delicate paradigm,it shows the depth of connotation,and presents the beauty of "original nature" Back to nature of the natural environment.This advocate of simple and natural,back to nature of the cultural thinking,affecting people's aesthetic concepts and way of life,in terms of home product design,the same is true.This article first summarizes the aesthetic connotation of "the beauty of simplicity," and summarizes the aesthetic expression of "the beauty of simplicity" through the analysis of the traditional art creation cases.Then,we use the relevant theories of product semantics to interpret "the beauty of simplicity".According to the research content of product semantics,under the context of epitome,the beauty of "simplicity" is embodied in the semantics of the product.In the context of connotation,the "simple beauty" is embodied in the semantics of products as light and calm,free and easy feeling and the artistic conception of returning to nature,mainly from the emotional transmission and artistic conception Two aspects to performance.Finally settled in the design of home products,analysis of the "homeopathic beauty" in the shape of the principle of home products,the way the emotional transmission and the mood created by the elements.The author as a guide to carry out specific design practices,and design trends of home products outlook.
