The squeezed and expanded multi branch pile is a variable cross-section pile formed by adding a bearing disk on the equal section cast-in-place pile through the expansion device.The pile body is mainly composed of main piles and branch plates.Because of its characteristics of high bearing capacity,small settlement deformation,high economic benefit,strong adaptability and simple pile forming technology,it is widely used in engineering practice.The squeezed branch pile according to the number of branches can be divided into two branch pile and multi pile,a disc shape cone,cylindrical,square shaped and cross shaped,in this paper,a kind of pile with cylindrical pile body and cylindrical plate was used.The work completed in this paper and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)A new type of expanded squeezed branch pile has been put forward and its forming tool has been invented.The new expanded squeezed branch pile is a columnar pile and a cylindrical branch.The forming tool of this pile has been applied for invention patent and is public,application number:201710377924.7.(2)According to the engineering example,under the action of vertical pressure,based on FLAC3 D,analysis the vertical bearing capacity,the settlement,the lateral friction resistance and the load transfer behavior of the squeezed branch pile.(3)This chapter analysis the influence about the spacing of branches,the number of branches and the diameter of branches to the squeezed branch pile with 24 comparison models.(4)6 kinds of modules with different plate spacing of the new support plate pile were established based on FLAC3 D,analysis the plate spacing of the pile.(5)5 kinds of modules with different disc quantities of the new support plate pile were established 5 kinds of modules with different disc quantities of the new support plate pile based on FLAC3 D,analysis the influence of new support disc anti pull-out pile with different disc quantities on pulling force and the stress analysis of the pile was made from the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile,the friction resistance of the pile and the main stress.
