In order to maximize the social and economic benefits of highway reconstruction and expansion,and to reduce the adverse impact on the surrounding environment as much as possible,more scientific long-range traffic volume analysis and prediction and route plan design and comparison and selection have been required.The reconstruction and expansion project of the Heidai-Jinjiang highway along the river in Guizhou Province have been relied in this dissertation.It is necessary to carry out research on the key technical issues such as the forecast of the long-range traffic volume,the highway design plan,comparison and selection in the feasibility study report of the highway reconstruction and expansion project.The following research work results have been mainly completed in this dissertation.First,the actual amount of traffic in the area where the project is to be built has been established.Induced traffic volume and long-range traffic volume of the project have been analyzed and calculated based on the trend traffic volume.The study shows that the predicted long-term traffic volume of the proposed G211 road reconstruction project along the river from Heihe to Yinjiang has been mainly composed of the trend traffic volume and the induced traffic volume.Secondly,based on the gray correlation degree and gray correlation entropy analysis method,the influencing factors in the process of highway project reconstruction and expansion route design have been divided into 8 categories,including land use,engineering environment,energy conservation,social impact,engineering risk,economic risk and human risk.As well as the risk of social stability,an assessment system for the influencing factors of the design of the route reconstruction and expansion project has been constructed,and the gray influencing factors and the gray relational entropy of the influencing factors of the road project design for the highway reconstruction and expansion project have been determined.The study have found that the key influencing factors for the design of the road reconstruction and expansion project route project are the project environment,social impact and land use.Finally,the multi-attribute group decision-making method has been introduced to compare and analyze the route plans.By analyzing the characteristics of the overall plan of the highway reconstruction and expansion project along the river from Heihe to Yinjiang,a route recommendation scheme has been proposed.Compared with the traditional method,the indicators of the route design have been quantified,and the route design plan has been evaluated by the multi-attribute group decision-making method,and the results of the program have been directly obtained.on the one hand,the research results can provide reference for traffic forecasting,especially for traffic forecasting of highway reconstruction projects.On the other hand,the project route program evaluation system and its phase relationship analysis method and program evaluation method can be used for the design of follow-up road designs.
