| The continuous consumption of energy has caused certain problems in the social development of all regions.Therefore,renewable energy is popular in the future.Solar energy is one of the many green energy sources,but its low utilization ratio makes it impossible to meet use requirements in some cases.So a new type of solar light directional irradiation system is deeply studied in this paper which can converge and orientate the sun which is lowly bright and in different direction to the designated area,so that human achieve the purpose of efficient use of sunlight and directional irradiation.In this paper,firstly,the structure of the poly modulation light and the light guide are selected by the requirement of the sunlight.On this basis,the solar light information collection device and determining the tracking control scheme(hybrid control method of trajectory tracking and image sensor tracking)are designed,which can make the above structure track the sun and accomplish the task of directional irradiation.Furthermore,guided by the tracking control scheme,tracking system hardware platform is built,where STM32F407 is used as the chip of information processing,meanwhile OV7670 and LCD work as the sun acquisition and display part,and the motor drive module functions as the control load of the corresponding structure.On the aspects of software programs,based on the research of the trajectory tracking algorithm of the optic day motion,this topic conducts a series of simulation(grey processing、filtering processing、binary processing),and then two methods of centroid calculation(mass centroid method and threshold centroid method)which can be used to calculate the Motor driving parameters are obtained.According to the above analysis,the corresponding tracking program is written.The experimental results show that the system can process the image of the sun spot and obtain the centroid coordinates(mass centroid method and threshold centroid method)on the hardware platform successfully.In the directional irradiation experiment,using the centroid method and the centroid method with threshold can achieve the standard of the specified area stably and effectively in different time periods.The tracking accuracies of the two methods are 0.52(±0.09)°~0.58(±0.09)°and 0.52(±0.04)°~0.59(±0.04)°,which have reached the target of expected tracking precision(about 0.5°).The spot offset of directional irradiated region can also be calculated that the tracking accuracy of th e two methods is within 0~0.6°.The system achieves the desired goal of the design tas k from the above test. |
