According to the current status of BIM in the construction industry and the facts of reinforcement accounts for a large proportion in the process of the construction,considering import the steel data of building models into steel calculate software directly in order to save the time and cost of manually reinforced.Second,the reinforcement which already input into software have huge number and the situation of reinforced need manual cutting basically,considering using intelligent methods for steel cutting in order to save steel the raw materials and optimize reinforced control which is an important step of the construction site.At first,this paper studied the heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm,linear programming algorithm and other optimization methods and put forward the combination algorithm which analysis the specific problems on the basis of the original algorithm according to the characteristics of different algorithms.In this paper,heuristic algorithm and approximate calculation are used to improve the operation speed of the algorithm.The acceptability of the result is improved by using quicksort algorithm and adding the idea of "enlarging the object first,then small object".In addition,the use of linear programming algorithm improves the accuracy of the algorithm.Genetic algorithms play a role in making the results more reusable.Secondly through the VS2010 platform,C++ language and ACCESS database to established data interface to connect steel data of the calculating program STAT of BIM and reinforced steel blanking software.Then write the programming language of combination algorithm in order to use combination algorithm to optimize modeling data and generate the result.In addition,in order to verify the real validity of the algorithm,a large number of engineering data input have been used in programs.Finally,the results show that the combination algorithm of this paper enhance both time and raw material utilization.
