Cars provide great convenience for people's daily travel,and along with it,the road safety factor is continuously declining.The incidence of traffic accidents has increased year by year.This has adversely affected social order and brought about unnecessary economy.loss.There are many causes of traffic accidents.According to statistics,car rear-ends account for a relatively high number of traffic accidents,and the incidence of rear-end collision accidents is higher under the highway environment.Under this background,a kind of research and development An efficient and reliable car safety system becomes necessary.Many social scientific research institutions and many domestic and foreign colleges and universities have carried out research in this area.The most common way to reduce the incidence of rear-end collision accidents is early warning,that is,to remind drivers to operate the car correctly and reasonably before a rear-end collision occurs.This article conforms to the development trend of the Korean industry,researches and develops a car anti-collision warning system.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Establish a safety distance mathematical model to study the safety distance of two vehicles based on the different states of the preceding vehicle,and from the humanization point of view,divide the safety distance into two categories: reminding the alarm distance and the danger alarm distance.The system can carry out the classification early warning according to two different danger levels,and comprehensively use a variety of alarm reminding methods in combination to prompt the driver to operate correctly and reasonably.(2)Hardware design of the vehicle anti-rear warning system.The system consists of a front vehicle signal acquisition unit,a vehicle signal acquisition unit,a digital signal processing unit,a human-machine interaction unit,a main control unit,and an alarm notification unit.Detailed hardware circuit design is performed for each unit module.The TMS320F2812 is selected.The DSP digital signal processor is used as a slave controller to process the relative information of the two vehicles.The STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is used as the master controller to process the vehiclerelated signals and control the early warning.The features of various sensors are comprehensively compared and the ultrasonic distance sensor is selected as the relative of the two vehicles.The information(relative distance,relative speed)measurement device measures the speed of the vehicle and selects the AH3144 E model Hall speed sensor.The throttle position sensor,brake circuit,and steering circuit provide real-time monitoring and signal acquisition of the vehicle's movement status.The road selection button is used to select the road surface adhesion coefficient suitable for the current road surface condition,and multiple alarm devices such as buzzer,LED indicator,LCD liquid crystal display and WT588 D voice broadcast wooden block are used to realize comprehensive early warning under different hazard levels.(3)Modular design of system software and programming code in integrated development environment,mainly including main program,ultrasonic ranging program,SPI communication program,Hall sensor speed measurement program,driving behavior identification program,road selection program,Safe distance model program and alarm program.(4)The system simulation experiment was conducted on the experimental platform set up.The experimental results show that the system can play a pre-warning role,with good practicality and feasibility,and can meet the expected requirements.
