Aiming at the problems existing in the efficiency of lighting control technology and lighting efficiency in office buildings,this paper takes office building as the research object,and energy saving design for the lighting system of office buildings.Based on decentralized local optimal control theory and method for building according to the different functional partition and the property of the different classification of dispersion and local partition,and according to different attributes of the room alone for interior lighting design,including selection of lighting source,lamps and lanterns of attachment type selection,selection of dimming control modules,with minimum energy control act as office building energy-saving lighting dimming technology in application of mathematical models for different lighting system design scheme of energy dissipation for quantitative analysis,design of the lowest energy consumption as a different attribute lighting design scheme of the room,with energy-saving lighting system of local optimum and holistic optimal TransTable the lighting energy saving technologies and solutions used in the Beijing architectural design institute co.,LTD.B building engineering instance,the whole B office building energy saving ratio of 39.16%,energy saving of 7648.2;In terms of energy consumption,the total power after renovation is 8861.6W,which is far lower than the Tableer 14566.3W,while the actual power consumption after modification is 39700.5 degrees,which is far lower than the Tableer 65257 degree.In terms of economic and technical indicators,the total cost of the modified static total is 339,9705.2 yuan,which is far lower than that of 4655104.7 yuan before the renovation,and the dynamic annual value of the reconstruction is 362,2862.1 yuan,which is far lower than the Tableer 488561.4 yuan.The investment payback period is 5.65 years,and the investment recovery period is 0.48 years.In terms of intensity of illumination constancy,the average illuminance constancy of block B,before modification is 0.17,the results show that the intelligent dimming technology to modify lighting system has higher economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits,able to invest in a relatively short period to repay the initial investment.
