Preparation Of Environmental Rejuvenator And Its Influence On Performances Of Recycled Bitumen And Recycled Asphalt Mixture

In recent years,China’s highway construction has made rapid progress.At present,Chinese highway network is basically completed and Chinese highway will be transformed from construction and maintenance to conservation oriented.In the process of the asphalt pavement maintenance need for asphalt pavement milling planer and the process will produce large amounts of recycled asphalt mixture(RAP),the recycle of RAP has good economic benefit and environmental benefit and it is the research hotspot of all countries.Asphalt rejuvenator can improve the utilization rate of RAP,but the price of conventional asphalt regenerant expensive,there is a produce poisonous gas,in the process of the two faults affect the use of regenerative agent,also has restricted the high content RAP development of recycled asphalt mixture.This research is aimed at developing a kind of environmental rejuvenator with relatively low price and good environmental performance,and the preparation of a traditional rejuvenator for comparative analysis.Traditional rejuvenator and environmental rejuvenator with different base oil,the characterization results of two kinds of rejuvenator found environmental rejuvenation agent has better thermal stability and construction safety,and contain more carbonyl groups and higher pectin content.To analyze two kinds of rejuvenator of aged asphalt rejuvenator effect,asphalt binder and mixture respectively do the research and analysis,the performance of the three major indicators and viscosity test show that both kinds of rejuvenator can restore the aging performance of the asphalt,eventually determine two kinds of rejuvenator best in aged asphalt content of 10%.Environmental protection under the optimal dosage of regenerant regenerant reclaimed asphalt mixture,the traditional rejuvenator asphalt mixture and base asphalt mixture of high temperature stability,fatigue resistance,low temperature performance and resistance to water damage performance was evaluated,the results show that recycled asphalt mixture.Through the experiment of the rejuvenation asphalt binder and mixture analysis,it is found that both kinds of rejuvenator can rejuvenate aged asphalt,but environmental rejuvenator has more obviously construction cost and environmental protection advantages,the environmental rejuvenator is the first choice in rejuvenating RAP.
