The tire blowout occurs at high speed,it is easy to cause serious traffic accidents,causing casualties and property losses.Due to the psychological panic,the drivers tend to take excessive even wrong operations after tire blowout,which is the fundamental reason for the development of traffic accidents.Therefore,it is very important to study the stability control of tire burst vehicle.On the basis of summarizing the research results of scholars both at home and abroad,the dissertation takes the vehicle stability as the object to study the intelligent control after blowout.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,establish the tire model after blowout and the whole vehicle model.The mechanical properties of the tire change significantly after blowout.On the basis of analyzing the change of tire characteristic parameters,the tire and the vehicle model are established by using Dugoff model.In this dissertation,a two degree of freedom ideal model is selected as a reference model,and yaw rate and side slip angle are selected as the control parameters of the system.Secondly,analyze the rationality of the application of magnetorheological technology in tire blowout control.At first,the active steering control and the differential brake control are analyzed.It is shown that the magnetorheological technology can make up for their shortcomings.Then,through the test of the relationship between the steering cross bar force and the tire pressure,the compound steering damper is chosen to replace the steering cross bar,and the damping force and current size of the damper output are measured.The relationship between them is tested by bench test,and the rationality of applying magnetorheological technology in tire blowout control is analyzed.Afterwards,research on the coordinated control strategy of the control system.In view of the risk of blowout accident,it is necessary to study the stability control strategy of tire blowout,and achieve the active control of tire blowout.In this paper,a coordinated control strategy of compound steering dampers,active steering control and differential brake control is proposed.The two dimensional fuzzy controller is designed,which takes the deviation of the yaw rate and the side angle of the center of mass and the ideal target value as the input,with the output of the active turning angle and the additional yaw moment.The single wheel brake pair is analyzed.The influence of the yaw moment of the whole vehicle is given,and the selection principle of the brake wheel and the inter wheeldistribution of the yaw moment in the execution of the additional yaw moment made by the fuzzy controller are obtained,and the case of the left front wheel blowout is discussed.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink is used to verify the simulation.In the Simulink,we build the tire burst vehicle model and carry out the simulation analysis of the control system.The simulation results show that,under the action of the control system,the blowout vehicle can not deviate from the original driving track,the parameters of the slip side angle,the yaw rate and the lateral acceleration are effectively controlled.
