In modern aviation logistics system,aviation automatic storage&retrieval system(AS/RS)has played a decisive role position.This paper relies on the project of MTD.In order to meet the requirements of higher storage efficiency,this project adopts the "Transfer Vehicle on steel structure shelves+ Lifting Machine" to replace the traditional ETV scheme.Compared with the Transfer Vehicle on ground and the Shuttle Vehicle,the Transfer Vehicle on steel structure shelves'feature is that it's a high-speed and heavy-load vehicle running on the shelves' top rails.So the vehicle needs higher demand for security and stability,with a lot of development difficulties.In order to ensure the smooth running of Transfer Vehicle on steel structure shelves,in this paper,based on the modern machinery design theories and methods,we research multiple development key points and difficulties for the vehicle's body.The research work includes the following:(1)The vehicle body's lightweight optimization design research.Firstly we design the preliminary structure of vehicle's body and establish the three-dimensional model to make the finite element static analysis.By the analysis results,we determine the suitable size of weld steel.Based on the optimization design function of ANSYS Workbench,meeting the strength and stiffness of the conditions,the vehicle's body design is optimized.(2)The vehicle body's finite modal analysis and resonance research.We use ANSYS Workbench to make the finite modal analysis of the vehicle's body,getting the the first 6 mode vibration types.Then we separately discussed if the resonance of vehicle's body will occur,under the three outer incentives of the wheels' imbalance,the drive motor and the rails' irregularity.(3)The vehicle body's vibration response analysis and damping vibration research.We establish a time-domain description of the rails' irregularity incentives and the drive motor's vibration incentives.In ANSYS Workbench we make the transient dynamics analysis of vehicle' body under vibration incentives,getting the vibration acceleration curve and the root mean square value of vibration acceleration of the vehicle's body.Then,based on the vibration isolation method,we make the vibration isolation design of the vehicle's wheels to realize of the vehicle's body vibration reduction.(4)The vehicle body's collision attribute analysis and improvement research.The main body bearing force in the collision process is modeled,we use ANSYS Workbench's explicit dynamics module to make collision simulation of the body,getting the curve of collision acceleration and deformation curve of the main body's face.Based on the installation of buffer,we research the improvement of the vehicle's crashworthiness.The above research contents are to realize the desired results,providing the reference for the security and stability design of the Transfer Vehicle on steel structure shelves.
