| With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology industry in China,the energy consumption of people’s daily life is also growing.As one of the main energy sources in China,the annual consumption of electricity is also rising.Under this background,China has proposed the goal of automatic transformation of distribution networks.As a key part of the distribution network,the performance and endurance of the distribution network terminal equipment directly determine the quality of life and production of electricity for the people,and it directly affects the level of people’s lives.Distribution network terminal equipment in the process of automation with backup power supply system has gradually become a distribution network automation development trend.Based on this,this thesis studies the key technologies in the backup power system of the DTU equipment for distribution network terminals,and designs an integrated system that combines the functions of AC and DC buck conversion,power factor correction,and single-chip microcomputer controlling.The grid DTU terminal power supply is the target.The main works of this article are as follow:1.Conducted researches on the reform of the distribution network automation,reviewed the domestic and foreign technology-leading distribution equipment terminal backup power supply,and learned about the background of the intelligent control distribution network power supply,and explained the backup power supply solution for the distribution network terminal equipment.2.Studied the principle of step-down AC-DC conversion switching power supply,analyzed in detail the power factor correction technology,the principle of forward transformation and the principle of flyback transformation in the switching power supply,and elaborated the topology of the mainstream step-down circuit.And carefully scrutinized and thought about the design of key circuits and the calculation of the parameters of important power devices.3.After mastering the key technologies in the design of a step-down switching power supply,the design of a step-down switching power supply module for a backup power supply system of a distribution network DTU terminal is elaborated from a hardware perspective,including a power factor correction circuit module and dual switch transistors.The inverter transform circuit module,the flyback converter circuit module,and the chip buck circuit module provide an example ofcircuit design ideas and component parameter calculation and selection,and intuitively and in detail integrate the hardware of the integrated distribution network terminal back-up power supply system.The design process is presented.4.At the end of this thesis,the integrated power distribution network backup power system after design and assembly is tested repeatedly to verify whether it could meet the relevant standards at home and abroad. |
