In recent years,the collapse of high falsework frequently occurred,which made people pay more attention to the safety of the high falsework.At the same time,human error is one of the main causes of the collapse of the steel scaffolds,and it is urgent to carry out a more in-depth study toward the problem.On the basis of previous works,this paper optimizes the finite element analysis model of the falsework support,designs a new kind of model which is much closer to the actual structure,and carries out the resistance analysis to the bracket with and without human error,which has some theoretical and engineering value.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)By reasonable simplification,a definite finite element model of high falsework with completely independent parameters is put forward,and the accuracy is verified.After field investigation and literature review,the statistical characteristics of set parameters are obtained;(2)The sensitivity analysis of the setting parameters of the high falsework is made.The conclusion is that the sensitivity of the exceeding height and the thickness of the steel tube is larger,and the sensitivity of the Outer diameter of steel tube is the lowest,and the parameters can be considered in the finite element modeling;(3)The finite element analysis model of high falsework with independent random parameters is established,and the human errors in the formwork is analyzed and summarized,and it is introduced into the stochastic finite element model;Monte Carlo method is used to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity statistics of the high falsework containing and without human error;(4)Based on the reliability theory and the results of the resistance statistics,the structure without human errors is designed based on the partial safety factor of the limit state equation,?R = 2.5,?G = 1.3,?Q= 1.3(?R as the factor of resistance term,the partial factor of ?G as constant load,and ?Q as the partial factor of the live load)are given;Partial safety factors are given for the limit state equations of two human errors which has big infleunces on ultimate bearing capacity of high falsework:1)Eccentric compression of the vertical bar:?RE 3.4,?GE = 1.4,?QE= 1.8;2)The initial bending of the vertical bar is too large:?RE 2.4,?GE=1.4,?RE=1.8.
