Under the increasingly serious situation of the scarcity of oil resources and atmospheric pollution,electric vehicles,as substitutes for traditional fuel vehicles,have very good prospects for development.It’s electric vehicles that has the obvious advantages of small pollution and low power consumption compared with the traditional vehicles.Electric vehicles are the inevitable choice to take the road of green and economy.Charging methods of electric vehicle are mainly divided into wired charging and wireless charging.At present,it is quite mature for the research on the wired charging of electric vehicles,and many companies have developed fast charging wired charging devices that have been achieved mass-produced and widely used.However,the wired charging method also has many unavoidable disadvantages,for example,the device is easy to wear,there is the risk of electric shock as someone contact the charging gun.The wireless charging method can exactly avoid the disadvantages above.In addition,wireless charging method can also realize unmanned operation.At present,the wireless charging method has become a domestic and foreign research hot topic.Therefore,this article has designed a wireless charging device for electric vehicles.In this paper,first,the overall structure of the wireless charging device for electric vehicles was introduced.At the same time,the circuit topology of the rectifying part and the inverting part of the transmitting coil side,the resonant compensation part of the receiving coil side and the DC-DC part are proposed,and the working principle is analyzed.Secondly,the circuit design of the wireless charging device for electric vehicles is carried out.Devices of rectifier and filter part are selected;PFC and BUCK hardware circuits are designed;double closed-loop controllers are used to control the circuit;high-frequency inverter circuit is designed;devices of the power module and gate isolation drive module are selected;the DC-DC hardware circuit of the resonant compensation circuit and the receiving coil side is designed;the load identification algorithm is designedAgain,a complete circuit simulation model of a wireless charging device is established in MATLAB/Simulink.The model includes a series of circuits such as rectifying and filtering on the transmitting coil side,PFC,BUCK,high-frequency inverter and resonance compensation on the receiving coil side,rectification,and DC-DC.Simulation verifies the relationship between the input and output of each part of the circuitFinally,this paper builds an experimental prototype for the wireless charging device.In the experiment,the control strategy of the inverter circuit and the controller is debugged.The experimental results show the consistency between the theoretical analysis and the simulation results.This design laid the foundation for the application of wireless charging technology in electric vehicles. |
