Studying On Public Open Space Planning Control Of Arcade In Chaoyang District Of Nanning

With the improvement of the social economic level and the development of urbanization,the demand for public open space for urban residents is increasing.However,in the case of urban construction land shortage,the contradiction between urban profit space and public open space is becoming increasingly prominent.Now the contradiction has become one of the key problems that can not be avoided in urban planning.This paper will study the planning and control of the public open space of Chaoyang commercial circle in Nanning,in order to find ways to solve the contradiction between urban profit space and public open space in urban planning.In this paper,the breakthrough point is using the characteristic building of South of the Five Ridges with the combination of commercial and public open space what is named arcade to relief the contradiction.Combined with the planning and design practice of public open space for arcade in Chaoyang District of Nanning,using the means of investigation,analysis and comparison,this paper will study the characteristics,development history,preservation and development of public open space in arcade.So the arcade that is a building coexisting with profit space and public open space,can effectively alleviate the contradiction between urban profit space and public open space,what can provide a new economic,practical and rich regional construction thinking for the construction of urban public open space in south of the Five Ridges and even in the whole country.In the same time,this paper pionts out that the urban planning department should strengthen the targeted planning control,adopt the measures of planning index control,space management,policy guarantee and so on,and increase the promotion and utilization of the public open space of the building type.
