Automobile engine sealing performance is affect automobile engine performance of important factors,due to engine seal field long-term at the edge of the engine field,and lack of much research experience,compared with development slow,seriously hamper the engine performance of boost,so the paper research engine sealing performance is significance.The mainly research content is as follows:(1)Based on reverse engineering technology and combine positive/reverse mix design thoughts to obtain three-dimensional digital model about 4A91 T gasoline engine cylinder head and cylinder block.Among them,the use Handyscan 3D laser scanner get cylinder head and cylinder block of point cloud data,and through reverse engineering software Geomagic Studio to preprocessing the point cloud data,and then apply the advanced three-dimensional modeling software CATIA V5 to model reconstruction,error analysis and detection,thereby get 4A91 T gasoline engine cylinder head and cylinder block of accurate model.In addition,according to the engine cylinder gasket of two-dimensional design drawing and connection bolt standards,through large-scale three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks to build three-dimensional digital model about 4A91 T gasoline engine cylinder gasket and bolt,and then make the cylinder head,cylinder gasket,cylinder block and bolt are assembled in the whole engine.Eventually 4A91 T gasoline engine composite structure of three-dimensional digital model is obtained.(2)Apply to finite element analysis technology,take 4A91 T gasoline engine of three-dimension digital model as the research object,through ANSYS Workbench software,carry out the sealing performance of steady state field research,according to the cylinder gasket of contact pressure calculation result nephogram contrast with surface pressure experimental result to verify the engine composite structure three-dimensional digital model of accuracy,the finite element research method of correctness,and determine the engine sealing performance of stability,then through the cylinder gasket equivalent stress calculation result,make the engine composite structure of sealing effect is discussed under the steady state limit burst pressure,to provide improvement basis when exist defects and deficiencies in engine seal.(3)Apply to finite element analysis technology,take 4A91 T gasoline engine of half three-dimension digital model as the research object,through ANSYS Workbench software,carry out the sealing performance of the fluid field,transient temperature field and transient structure field of multi-physics coupling research,according to the cooling fluid velocity calculation result nephogram,the engine body temperature variation calculation results nephogram,the engine body overall deformation variation calculation results nephogram,the cylinder gasket equivalent strain variation calculation results nephogram,emphatically discusses effect on gasoline engine sealing performance of major factors under the thermal load and mechanical load,to provide improvement projects when engine sealing exist defects and deficiencies.(4)Summarize the research conclusion based on the above for 4A91 T gasoline engine steady state field and multi-physics coupling,combine finite element analysis technology with MATLAB interpolation method,take 4A91 T gasoline engine of three-dimension digital model as the research object,according to ANSYS Workbench software get the equivalent stress,equivalent strain,contact pressure,deformation calculation results nephogram and MATLAB numerical oprations software get interpolation calculation results to optimize adjustment influence on engine sealing performance of major factors.Finally,it is more suitable for engine seal of cylinder gasket embossing structure,sealing coating,bolt structure and bolt pre-tightening force are obtained,and can achieve the improvement engine sealing performance of purpose.
