With the development of bridge construction technology in our country,the assembly was adopted in the construction of more and more projects,especially in the process of construction of large cross sea bridge in high altitude bridge.In the experimental research and theoretical analysis of segmental bridge column,it has good energy dissipation capacity and self restoration performance,but the mechanical properties and reinforcement research is still less about the joints,this passage chooses assembly bridge pier as the research object,using post tensioned and dry joint for assembling and connecting the bridge column,through the pseudo static cyclic loading test,mainly researched the failure phenomenon、energy dissipation capacity、 residual displacement,bearing capacity and hysteretic behavior and so on,using finite element software ANSYS simulation analysis on the test,at the same time adopt three kinds of reinforcement by improving the analysis of the structure,the main work and conclusions are as follows:1)From three aspects of aseismatic performance 、construction technology and theoretic analysis,discusses the impact on aseismatic performance of structure from joint forms,energy dissipating bars and prestress and other aspects,2)the pseudo static cyclic loading test,failure of segmental bridge piers are mainly concentrated in the bottom of the plastic hinge region,transverse cracks and vertical cracks caused by the bottom goes through continuous concrete off crushed,post tensioning prestress provides self reset performance reduces the residual displacement,with the increase of the horizontal displacement,the bearing capacity of the component is changes as three line segments.3)The prestress and contact problems are discussed in detail by ANSYS finite element simulation.The analysis results of hysteresis curves are consistent with test.The ultimate bearing capacity and test results are also very close,which proves the correctness and feasibility of the model.Reinforcement and improvement4)In the light of the failure of piers in segmental assembly in pseudo static test,three different reinforcement analysis methods are used for reinforcement analysis,specifically including the addition of energy consuming bar、the bottom outsourced steel plate and the improvement of the concrete strength,through comparative analysis,ultimately determine the best reinforcement method is addition of energy consuming bar,this method can effectively enhance the bearing capacity,lower the damage of the plastic hinge region,but also enhance the flexural performance.
