Energy problems have become more and more serious.And gradually enhance the awareness of environmental protection,and efficient use of renewable energy has become an important way to solve the energy problem.Solar energy is very rich in resources,compared with other conventional energy terms,the supply is very large.However,because by seasonal weather,and many other factors,so that solar energy has the characteristics of instability;sewage source heat pump has significant environmental benefits,high efficiency,energy saving,stable operation and reliable;the subject for the study of renewable energy and reasonable recovery using urban sewage,solar and sewage source heat pump system coupling simulation,on its operating characteristics were studied.This paper assumed sewage of treatment of Shenyang Bay sewage treatment center as low temperature heat source of heat pump units.The research object is a residential building near sewage treatment plant.In the winter,using solar-water source heat pump coupled system for the building heating.When the solar collector system meets the heating requirements,solar collector system heating alone.When the solar collector system can not meet the heating requirements,but it can meets the requirements of thermal storage,solar collector system and sewage source heat pump implement joint operation.When the solar collectors system can not meet the requirements of thermal storage,we can close the solar collector system and run sewage source heat pump system separately.This paper using Dest software to simulate and analysis the building year dynamic load,apply TRNSYS software establish solar-sewage source heat pump coupling system and single sewage source heat pump system simulation model.The energy consumption of each device system,COP of heat pump units are simulated.Meanwhile,the two systems and central heating systems were compared in energy,economy and environmental benefits,further explore the feasibility of solar-sewage source heat pump coupling systems.In the energy consumption,the energy consumption of solar energy source heat pump system is 71733kWh,and the energy consumption is 114794.05 kWh,the total energy consumption is 100%,and the energy efficiency is 62.5%.Energy consumption will be converted into standard coal,compared with the central heating system,the total energy consumption of solar-sewage source heat pump coupling system is converted into standard coal consumption 28.98t,single sewage source heat pump system 46.27t,central heating standard coal consumption amount is 59.73t.Compared to central heating,solar energy-sewage source heat pump coupling system energy saving 51.5%;single sewage source heat pump system energy saving 22.6%.Solar water source heat pump coupling system in energy saving,the advantages are obvious.In the operating efficiency of solar energy,sewage source heat pump system in winter heating period coupled heat pump COP 3.5~4,heat pump performance is stable during heating period.And single sewage source heat pump unit during the winter heating,heat pump unit initial heating(11 months)and late(3 months)of the COP value is low and unstable operation,slightly larger fluctuations,the maximum value of 4.5,the lowest value of 2.4;in mid December to 2 at the end of the heating period,the heat load of the building reached large sewage source heat pump unit bearing load is bigger and more stable operation.This solar water source heat pump coupling system than the sewage source heat pump system more stable.In terms of economic,solar-sewage source heat pump system is a little bigger than a single sewage water source heat pump system and central heating system.The reason is that the cost of vacuum tube collector is high,and the development of vacuum tube is limited.This phenomenon will be improved with the development of new collector technology and mass production of vacuum tube collector and the support of the government.In environmental benefits through and network of central heating system,solar sewage source heat pump coupling system to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in 46029.48kg and reduce soot emissions for 310.8kg,to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions 621.6 kg and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions 45,07kg.Single sewage source heat pump system to reduce the 18379.21kg of carbon dioxide emissions,reduce soot emissions of 124.1kg,reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by 248.2 kg,reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by 17.99 kg.Visible solar energy-sewage source heat pump coupling system has obvious advantages in energy conservation and emission reduction.To sum up,solar-sewage source heat pump coupling system has a certain application prospects. |
