BIM technology is praised by the industry as the second revolution in the construction industry.It introduces digital prototyping design production models for aircraft,automobile and other manufacturing industries into the design and construction of tobacco plants,and combines data visualization,simulation,and Internet of Things technologies.Improve the rationality and scientificity of the design and construction plan,so as to provide basic data support for the smart design,smart construction and smart operation of the tobacco factory.Based on the problems existing in the traditional two-dimensional and threedimensional pipeline design process of the tobacco factory,the paper summarizes the existing achievements at home and abroad,uses the advantages of the design institute,and combines the experience of many years of the project site cooperation.Based on the BIM technology-based integrated design solution for the tobacco plant pipeline,and in response to some solidification processes in the above solution,the integrated design software for the tobacco plant pipeline based on the BIM technology was proposed and developed,which effectively improved the efficiency of the integrated design of the pipeline in the tobacco factory.The software is currently widely used within the Design Institute.The main work of the dissertation is as follows:(1)Research on the status of BIM technology.Explained the basic concept of BIM,studied the current development status of BIM technology at home and abroad,and introduced the current mainstream BIM software at home and abroad.(2)Research on the integrated design and application of the pipeline in the tobacco plant based on BIM technology.Mainly in conjunction with the related work content in the comprehensive design solution of the pipeline based on BIM technology,the detailed discussion will be made.The content includes model depth control,model splitting principle,model color matching principle,and production of equipment components.Combined with its own design and development of BIM-based smoke plant pipeline integrated design software,it is commonly encountered in the pipeline design process.Highlighted areas such as collision detection,clearance analysis and optimization,integrated pipeline design drawings,integrated support hangers,reserved holes,and three-dimensional plots are discussed in detail.(3)Through the application of the above solution in Xuchang Tobacco Factory's off-site technical transformation project,the project truly and intuitively reflects the design results of various specialties in the design phase,improving the production efficiency of two-dimensional design,achieving zero collisions,and improving the quality of drawings,thereby shortening the construction.Time,reduce construction costs.At the same time,it provides a reliable basic model for the establishment of a three-dimensional as-built model at the later stage of the project construction and the implementation of a visual model-based operation and maintenance.
