With the continuous development of power grid,the changes of the times,the rapid growth of power load,and the distribution network development is relatively slow,power distribution equipment renewal slow,resulting in low voltage distribution network has become increasingly prominent,and from the analysis of the operation of a lot of experience,has been one of the difficult problem of low voltage distribution network,with low voltage not only affect the experience the user,but will also increase the distribution network line loss and the loss of the transformer,accelerated aging equipment,at the same time,national Power Grid Corp has low voltage index as one of the enterprises assessment indicators.Therefore,based on the national network of Shanxian County electric power company as the research object,through the "low voltage" causes,causes,harm,to the guiding principle of "key technology management and related technology of low voltage governance measures,research,familiar with low voltage distribution network at present,on the basis of analysis of the" low the reasons and the existing "voltage" low voltage "measures;research and application of reactive power compensation and optimization of distribution network reconfiguration theory in voltage optimization,and establish the related calculation model.Finally,the improved mutation in genetic algorithm and selection strategy,a voltage adaptive mode of reactive power optimization process,and in the IEEE33 node example was verified and solved,and based on the conclusions of low voltage control of Shanxian County power supply company,puts forward specific implementation plan.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,the mechanism of low voltage generated by the focus on the "low voltage"causes,causes,harm,to "low voltage" measures,the key technology of governance and technical guidance for the related research,elaborated from the power supply radius,power grid operation mode and active and reactive power etc..Secondly,the management method,the existing"low voltage" control measures are summarized,the method of reactive power compensation device and the optimal allocation of power grid reconstruction governance low voltage optimization model was established based on genetic algorithm,which is based on the IEEE33 nodes are simulated,verified the reliability of the algorithm.Finally,the implementation of the measure,according to the national network of Shanxian County power supply company the actual situation of low voltage,three layers of low voltage control measures,covering the substation bus,with a single network at the end of the line and the distribution area,indicated by the actual implementation effect,the proposed measures and solutions to solve practical problems.
