The roller is the core of the belt conveyor,which is characterized by a large number of categories,and the demand is large,and the role of the roller is supporting the conveyor belts and the weight of materials.The production costs of the roller occupies 35% of the costs of a belt conveyor,but the resistance of a roller is 70% of a belt conveyor,so the quality of a roller determines the quality of a belt conveyor.With the improvement of computer level and the development of automation level,the intelligent development and degree of flexibility of a production line can be achieved in a higher development direction in order to achieve a wide range of small and medium-volume automated production.In this paper,I make the roller automatic production line be my research object,and use the domestic SMC606 motion controller to achieve the original Siemens 840 D CNC system functions,which greatly reduces the costs of the entire roller production line.By studying and analyzing the process flow of the roller production line and the corresponding control requirements,the whole roller production line is divided into six production units,and each production unit is equipped with a motion controller.Subsequently,we design the core control system which makes the motion controller be the core.And we design the motion controller for the server system and electrical components in each unit of the overall control.In the roller production line control system,we adapt the way of the PROFIBUS-DP bus communication to achieve communication of the control system in the network.Domestic motion controller passes the PM127 gateway module.In another word,MODBUS/RS485 network equipment will be converted to PROFIBUS DP network equipment,in order to achieve the network communication between the domestic motion controller and PLC.Programming the corresponding communication program,the various production units and the data communication among various production units can be achieved.Through the understanding and mastery of the original roller production line control system,especially the decoding of M code,and the corresponding experimental study and exploration,the domestic SMC606 motion controller achieves the role of synchronization and multi-channel coordination of the roller production line.And the monitoring action,which can complete the corresponding axis of the state,track and others in the BASIC STUDIO,can be achieved.And in the industrial computer the realization of the configuration screen can be achieved by the EasyBuilder 8000 configuration software.Through the experimental research and exploration,the study on the control system of the roller production line can achieve the expected effect and meet its functional requirements,and it also has a good quality of practicability and reliability.which shows the domestic motion controller conducting the control core of the production line is fully able to feasible and greatly reduce the production costs of a enterprise.
