With the great improvement of China's economic level,the living standard of the people is increasing,urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious,and urban rail transit has gradually become the backbone of urban public transportation because of its large volume,energy saving and safety.As one of the key components of urban rail transit system,urban rail transit has become the top priority of urban public transport.The bogie frame,as the core component of the urban rail train,plays a vital role in the safe operation of the urban rail train.At present,the research on the service performance of the bogie is relatively small.This paper takes the 120km/h speed level B type subway vehicle steering frame as the research object,and studies the index and evaluation method of its service performance.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Study on characterization parameters of service performance of bogie frameOn the basis of the actual investigation and the analysis of the structure of the bogies,the form and influence factors of the service performance of the urban rail train bogies are studied,and the key components identification method based on the TOPSIS is proposed.Through identification and analysis,it is believed that as the key component of the bogie,the service performance of the bogie directly affects the service performance of the bogie.Based on this,the service characterization parameters of the bogie frame are proposed.(2)Study on characterization parameters of service performance of frames under dynamic and static loadingBased on the technical parameters of the actual 120km/h speed level B type bogie frame design,a three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation model of the bogie frame is constructed.Then the model boundary condition and the static load condition are analyzed,the structural deformation trend and modal parameters under different working conditions are studied and analyzed.The deformation characteristics and modal characteristics of the frame under different working conditions are put forward,and the method of extracting and calculating the representation parameters of the service performance based on the numerical simulation under different working conditions is proposed.(3)Study on the evaluation method of service performance of bogie frameOn the basis of analyzing the characteristic parameters of the service performance of the frame under different working conditions,a fusion evaluation method based on AHP is proposed,which is based on the improved objective weighting multi index?framework.The results show that the method can effectively overcome the disadvantages of multiple factors such as service environment,such as service environment and other factors,which affect the weight change and subjective judgment.It can effectively evaluate the service performance of the frame,and the results are in line with the actual service performance of the train.On the one hand,the research results of this paper can provide reference for the design and analysis of the steering frame of the related manufacturers,and can also provide reference for f-urther research on the service performance of the related bogies.It has important theoretical and practical application value.
