Abstract/Summary:
Facing the increasingly prominent environmental problems and energy crisis,building energy conservation become an important measure of energy saving and emission reduction in China,and the utilization of renewable energy is an important way to solve the building energy conservation.Ground source heat pump(GSHP)is one of the high quality renewable energy sources in recent years.It is of great significance to design a scientific and reasonable automatic control system to ensure its efficient work.This papper aim at the ground source heat pump system of a passive constraction experimental building and designed the automatic control system..The details are as follows:First,the process principle of the building and ground source heat pump is deeply studied and analyzed.The dual cold source temperature and humidity control air conditioning system is adopted.The ground source heat pump is responsible for the indoor temperature control as the cold and heat source of the system,and the latent heat load of the system is responsible for the indoor humidity and air.Quality control,and bear the shortage of cooling in the summer to solve the slow start of ground source heat pump.Secondly,according to the control needs of the system,the overall control system is designed,the control point table is given and the hardware equipment is selected.The field controller uses the BCU series controller and the BG-Modbus communication module of he Hysine company,and the logic programming is carried out through the Viewlogic software.Thirdly,the control rules of ground source heat pump air conditioning system and dual cold source fresh air system are studied,and MATLAB is used to simulate and test the system complex fuzzy PID control algorithm.The configuration software of the control system is designed by Webtalk software,including the configuration of the process flow chart,the function configuration of the field controller,the history curve and the real-time display of the related parameters.Finally,through the installation and debugging of the ground source heat pump and the fresh air system,the system is stable and reliable in various working conditions in summer and winter,and the good performance which verifies the rationality of the design of this control system.
