Most of the human-computer interaction methods of the traditional virtual part processing teaching system are desktop teaching systems.By using the mouse to click the user interface,the user input the user instruction into the teaching system,and the system completes the processing process according to the feedback of the instruction.This kind of interaction makes the students and the computer system become two independent individuals with poor immersion.The students cannot experience the feeling of real machine operation,and thus cannot achieve the desired effect.In order to solve the above problem,this paper proposes to use an immersive helmet display that can enhance the immersive sensation to improve the immersion of the teaching system.The data glove is used for human-computer interaction.The gestures made by the human hand are transmitted to the system through the sensor to control the virtual hand operation machine.The specific research tasks in the project are as follows:Firstly,the demand and structure analysis of the virtual machining teaching system for box parts is analyzed.According to the demand analysis,the overall design of the system is carried out,the system development platform is selected,and the hardware equipment for virtual reality interaction in the system is briefly introduced.Secondly,analyze the processing characteristics of the box parts,and formulate the processing flow for the process characteristics,and analyze which kind of machine,tools,and fixtures should be used.The relevant fixture is designed for the geometric modeling and optimization of the vertical milling machine,horizontal milling machine,drilling machine,boring machine and other machine tools,and the tools and their fixtures.The machine position is placed according to the process flow to form the box parts processing production line.Thirdly,the design of the interactive system,based on the analysis of the machining characteristics and functional requirements of the box parts in the virtual reality environment,combined with the advantages of the data gloves and the HTC Vive helmet,designed a set of human-computer interaction gestures.In the system,the virtual hand interacts with virtual objects instead of the real hand,and the processing process is realized.Finally,a complete virtual reality teaching system for the box parts is built under the virtual reality environment.This paper analyzes the key technologies involved in the teaching system,including collision detection technology,gesture recognition technology and so on.It analyzes the solution of the interference problem of virtual hand and part encountered in the interactive process of the system,studies the method of small user activity and how to place the model accurately,and puts forward relevant solutions and designs the human-computer.The interactive interface describes the video playback function,voice prompt function and simulation movement implementation method.The results of the experiment show that the research results of this subject have great reference for the future of this kind of project.It has great educational significance for the processing of the box parts of the student system and the operation of the related machine tools.To a certain extent,the problem of insufficient equipment in Colleges and Universities has been solved.
