| In modern society,energy and environment are the foundation of a country.Energy shortage not only restricts the development of the country,but also seriously affects the international status,national security and living standards of residents.So in the technological innovation,technology integration and energy saving and emission reduction is one of the most important development strategies.According to the research report published in 2010,China’s building energy consumption has accounted for about 30%of the total energy consumption.Not only that,with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people begin to pay attention to indoor air quality,not care about the cost to pursue a good indoor air quality.Therefore,building energy consumption is showing a rapid upward trend,so the indoor air quality problem is an urgent problem to be solved.And it is very important to solve some practical problems in the development of the construction industry.At present,there is no fresh air system,and the open window of the air quality,but also improves the indoor heat load.Therefore,it can be used to construct a new integrated system which can adapt to the different working conditions of the solar energy and heat water system The system can realize the solar energy conversion into heat and water,while the excess heat is stored in the phase change energy storage materials.At the same time,the air source heat pump will heat the air in the air,and heat the water to reach the maximum of energy.According to the practical running environment,choose capric acid as phase change materials in this paper,first established in winter solar air set heat exchanger and summer solar hot water and phase change storage box device can establish mathematical model and using the numerical analysis method processing three heat transfer mode,and the use of MATLAB software was used to solve the equations analysis.Using output results to optimize the structure size of the device,determine the optimal flow rate,the optimal structure and size of the flow channel,and the influence factors of the phase change material.Then the three devices are linked together,and the air source heat pump is used for the heat recovery of the indoor air exhaust to achieve the maximum of energy utilization.And according to the different outdoor environment parameters,determine the system of different operation scheme.According to different climate zones,the operation of the integrated system is simulated,and the amount of the materials used is determined according to the operating conditions.Finally,the feasibility of this system is analyzed from the aspects of economy and energy saving of the system.At last,the accuracy of the numerical calculation is verified by experiments and the error analysis is carried out.The accuracy of the model is increased by the experiment.The integrated system of solar energy storage device of solar energy and solar energy is used to heat the fresh air and water,and the waste heat can be stored in the phase change materials.When the temperature in the day can not make the phase change materials,the use of the night time low temperature electric heating phase change materials,so that the heat of the day and the heat of the day.And through the analysis,the feasibility of this system is verified,and it has great application prospect in energy saving. |
