Faced with the problems of ecological environment destruction and imbalance between soil and water that caused by construction of waterfront cities,we need to look at the ecological problems in waterfront cities planning from the perspective of "hydrological processes" in waterfront.By using the technology of numerical simulation to simulate and predict the disturbance degree of land use to the hydrological process, integration of water and soil resources can be reasonably integrated, which will be provide reference for the rational development and construction of waterfront city. The study takes Liaodongwan New District as the research object, summarizes the theories and methods of waterfront city ecological construction and hydrological process simulation at home and abroad;uses SWAT simulation and geographic information system(GIS)as the main technical methods;uses the method of ecological network identification, propose potential ecological corridor layout;uses the modle of topographic index calculation to designates the hydrological sensitive area(HSA);through land use scenario to explore the land use pattern of the social economic development and the balance of hydrological disturbance.Firstly, establish hydrological database.Integraes DEM data, land use data, soil type and attribute data, meteorological data and meteorological station information, runoff data and hydrological site information, apply software of ArcGIS10.0,ARCSWAT,SPAW,pcpSTAT and dew02 to establish SWAT model of Liaodongwan New District;apply SWAT-CUP to ensure the applicability of the model and the accuracy of simulation.Secondly, delines the hydrological ecological network.According to the classification of river, delineation of river corridor width;selected large habitat patches, landscape resistance to determine the different land use types, constructing the minimum cumulative resistance model, identification and delimitation of key ecological corridor;using the model to identify the water quality protection ecological patch space topographic index distribution.Thirdly, determine the quantity of construction land.In order to develop before the construction of near natural hydrological parameters as the standard, set a different scale of construction land, the scene into the Liaodong Bay area SWAT hydrological model of land use change will develop, will have a representative of the hydrological factors by quantitative analysis,to determine the appropriate land use mode.
