The bolt with cement mortar as anchoring agent belongs to the bond type.It is widely used in the fields of hydropower,metal mining,civil traffic and geological disasters,and its supporting effect plays an important role in the prevention and control of engineering disasters.Due to the economic development of our country,the ground space cannot meet the needs of people’s production and life sometimes,so the underground space is being continuously developed.Because of complicated geological conditions,in the development process have produced many supporting difficult tunnel,the existing bolt support technology meets the requirement of stability,so we must be the existing bolt is optimized,make its have the best of roadway steady state.Anchor appearance form a cross rib spacing,width,height,Angle,by adjusting the above four parameters,bolt support performance will change,so carry on the reasonable adjustment can improve the supporting performance of bolt.In this experiment,a series of experiments were carried out for four parameters of transverse rib of bolt to optimize the performance of bolt.Through a series of experiments on the transverse rib spacing of the bolt,it is found that as the transverse rib spacing increases,the shear strength first increases and then decreases.When the transverse rib spacing is 20 mm,the shear strength reaches the peak value.As the space between transverse ribs increases,the shear expansion Angle first increases and then decreases.Through the anchor rod body cross rib height series of experiments,it is found that with increasing horizontal rib height,its shear stress presents increasing trend,under the anchor rib is 1.8 mm high shear strength reached the maximum value,with the increase of high cross rib rib,the dilatancy Angle increased.Through the cross rib Angle of anchor bolt series experiment,found with cross rib Angle increases,the shear strength increases first,but after more than 40 ° shear strength was almost unchanged with the increase of Angle of cross rib;As the transverse rib Angle increases,the shear expansion Angle also increases.Through a series of experiments on the transverse rib width of the bolt,it is found that the shear strength increases with the increase of the transverse rib width.As the width of transverse rib increases,the Angle of shear expansion also increases.Finally,four optimal parameters were combined to make the corresponding steel die and tested,and it was found that its mechanical properties were indeed optimal.The conclusion of this experiment is verified.
