As a basic agricultural vehicle,tractors are mainly used for pulling and driving agricultural machinery components to complete various operations.Comfort is an important factor influencing tractor product quality and market competitiveness.As an important control part,the clutch pedal is one of the main factors that affect the comfort of vehicle handling.This research mainly in view of the present agricultural machinery equipment manipulation comfort less quantitative research and the research process is difficult to quantify.This research takes the tractor shift manipulation process as the research object.Based on the in-depth study of the concept of comfort,the paper explore the method of digital description of objective evaluation and maneuvering process of tractor shift operation comfort.The specific content of this article is detailed as follows:?1?The article analyzed the influencing factors of shifting operation comfort and proposed an evaluation index system for shifting comfort.The comfort of human body is defined by the influence of Dynamic Characteristics in Human-Computer Interaction on Human Comfort.focusing on the human perception and mechanical properties.The average pedal force ???,area under the curve rA,The five parameters of impulse Ip,nonlinearity I,and maximum separation force Fmaxwere used as evaluation indexes for the comfort of the shifting operation of the tractor.?2?In view of the inconsistency problem of various evaluation methods,this paper presents a model for the evaluation of the comfort of tractor shift handling based on the maximum deviation.Based on the established evaluation Index system and collected eight different tractor clutch pedal force and travel data,the paper evaluates the shift comfort of the tractor using five different evaluation methods:gray correlation analysis,comprehensive evaluation based on entropy,principal component analysis,ideal solution,and improved ideal solution,and the consistency of the conclusions of the five typical evaluation methods was tested using the KENDALL concordance coefficient;Afterwards,using the maximization of deviations to solve the combined weights of various evaluation conclusions and combining the conclusions;Finally,a subjective evaluation of the shifting comfort of the evaluation object using the Likert five-point scale.Comparing the subjective evaluation results with the combined evaluation results,it is found that the combination evaluation conclusions are in good agreement with the human subjective evaluation results.?3?The classification of the control comfort grade interval is completed by using the fuzzy clustering method.The feature set of the comfort evaluation index set was used to classify the collected data samples into five categories using a fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm;And then according to the regression relationship between the comfort score and the evaluation index,the sample points with all four characteristics in all classes are converted into corresponding comfort scores;Finally,the scoring interval is divided into five intervals using the intersection point of the probability density function of each class of samples,namely:00.31,0.310.54,0.540.69,0.690.80,and 0.801 to complete the classification of the comfort rating range.?4?The article establishes a mano-element analysis model for operating comfort entropy weight based on action unit analysis.Taking the tractor shift manipulation process as the research object,according to the physical characteristics and the operating characteristics of the operating device,the shifting operation process is divided into four units,that is,the free stroke unit,the separation stroke unit,the shifting unit and the joining unit.On the basis of matter-element model,the coupling group of Multi Action Unit is established by introducing time constraint,which is used to describe the process of tractor shifting and shifting.Using the established elemental analysis model for operating comfort evaluation,quantitative analysis and evaluation of the shifting maneuverability of the tractor was performed.The research shows that the separation travel has the greatest influence on the handling comfort.Taking vehicle 1 as an example,the matter-element analysis model provided the overall comfort value of the carrier?0.8359?,which is close to the value of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation?0.8156?.Moreover,the evaluation results presented the score of each action unit,which could directly reflect the action units with the lowest level of comfort.The evaluation results of matter-element model can not only reflect the handling comfort of different components,but also locate the negative aspects of the whole operation.This method is effective in overcoming the ambiguity of the concept of comfort and the generality of overall evaluation as well as avoiding the uncertainty of subjective evaluation.
