The Safety Management of road tunnel construction is the state's key concern points,the current traditional monitoring technology focus on the measurement after the strain,failed to achieve through the phenomenon to see the nature,so that it can not be a good disaster warning.If effective information can be monitored in the course of disaster evolution,the damage caused by the disaster can be greatly reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to use the micro-seismic technology to monitor the surrounding-rock movement in the construction of tunnels.This paper aims at the application of tunnel construction safety Management to develop a visual warning system for tunnel distributed micro-seismic,through the real-time monitoring of the micro-seismic signals produced by the physical changes of the stress jump,finding the micro-fracture and burst up the rocks,and distributes the characteristic points in the tunnel by an independent intelligent measuring device to identify the classification?quantity?the amount of energy?the distribution of time,the characteristics of waveform time-frequency domain of the seismic signals in the tunnel.so as to analyze the relationship between the micro-seismic and the stability of surrounding-rock,to achieve to detection in advance for potential geological hazards,such as: the prediction to the stability of tunnel surrounding-rock,the pre-perception of Rock-burst danger and so on.The micro-seismic monitoring warning instrument can realize the risk early pre-warning in the construction site by a straight way,and through use the means of the advanced technology,which will make the safety management of the construction site rise to a new level.In view of the research and development of the distributed visual warning system of tunnel micro-seismic,Firstly,the paper inspected and investigated the relevant data of the development of Highway tunnel and micro-seismic monitoring,and made relevant market research,to understand the application of micro-seismic monitoring technology at home and abroad in tunnel construction,the connection degree between technology and construction and the deficiencies of current.There is no perfect monitoring warning equipment at home,and imported equipment is expensive and strong professionalism,need to be equipped with professional guidance.Then for the basic theory of micro-monitoring technology to learn and grasp the generation of micro-seismic signal,development,pickup,identification,pre-analysis,transmission and processing,every step contains a lot of knowledge,rock mechanics,electronicinformation,software and hardware processing,network communications.On the basis of theory,carry out system equipment independently,develop a set of rigorous research and development plan and execute strictly according to the requirement.The choice of sensor not only considers the problem of hardware equipment,but also involves the relationship between measuring displacement and acceleration.Data acquisition module must meet 24 hours of uninterrupted acquisition,no leakage,no pause,can store temporarily and have enough channel to transmission.The power supply system is considered to meet the normal use of equipment under the condition of power failure in the construction environment.Software processing needs are large,front-end data preprocessing,filtering,envelope analysis,threshold analysis,alarm identification.Finally,the development system must be verified by engineering to be qualified products.The distributed visual warning system of tunnel micro-seismic is applied to the construction site of the Niu Lan Wan Tunnel in the East Ring Road of China Railway20,which can produce emergency alarming state when artificial blasting,but the data collected are few and the evaluation and analysis on the safety management function are not carried out.Where after,the study of the system will continue.
