Linear CCD vertical target measurement system is typically used for the external ballistic test in low-reach ballistic weapon system.The pixel coordinates of CCD projectile image can be extracted by capturing the projectile aerial posture and image processing algorithm,through the physical coordinates transformation on the projectile target pixel coordinates,the testing system can obtain the space physical coordinates of the projectile and realize the projectile coordinate detection.When the weapon system is tested in the outdoor range,there are many disturbing factors because of the complex and changeable sky background such as sky cloud,the variation of illumination intensity and mosquitoes or birds,so it is necessary to monitor the background of the linear CCD camera in real time and adjust the aperture by monitoring the background illumination to ensure a better projectile image.The system needs to use image processing technology on images of linear array CCD projectile to achieve the target detection and accurately extraction of projectile pixel coordinates.Based on the analysis of the target image of the linear array CCD projectile,aim at the complexity of the target image background,the weak target signal and the low SNR of the projectile problems,this paper introduces the image entropy to quantify the complexity of the image and highlight the complex region of the image.The image characteristics of projectile target and sky background are analyzed based on the analysis of linear array CCD projectile image,distinguish the original projectile image according to different components of image region.This paper processes anti-jamming treatment on the original projectile image using the weighted information entropy of the image variance,and highlights the mutation region in the original image;analyzes the factors that cause the differences of the regional complexity based on the analysis of the gray distribution of each region image.The complexity analysis model of double template method is established to analyze the target image of linear CCD projectile in dynamic background,the obtained complex degree difference image is used as the preprocessing image algorithm of this paper,the complexity difference image realizes the aim of enhancing the projectile target while suppressing the background noise.In view of the difference gray values of the background area of the image preprocessing algorithm,the complex difference image can't be directly segmented to extract the projectile target,this paper uses the adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm to segment the preprocessing image.Based on the analysis of the gray distribution of the complexity difference image,the gray-scale index model is constructed,the index model parameters are valued by the least squares method to obtain the adaptive segmentation threshold,then by segmenting and processing the complexity difference image to separate the image background and projectile target effectively,achieves the extraction of projectiles.The experimental simulation verifies that the anti jamming algorithm can effectively deal with the target images of linear CCD projectile in various jamming backgrounds,and the signal-to-noise ratio of the projectile images collected by the blue sky background,the blue sky with a slight cloud background and the blue sky and white clouds in the background are greatly improved.And,it can be seen that the anti-jamming algorithm is much better than the traditional image processing algorithm for the target image processing for three kinds of backgrounds.The adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm can also recognize and preprocessing the boundary between the projectile target and the sky background,and realize the target extraction of the projectile and achieves the desired goal.
