Study On The Design Strategy Of Water Street In Northern Village After The Flood

Post disaster reconstruction research is a constantly updated field,which requires comprehensive guidance from various disciplines.It should be emphasized that reconstruction after disaster is not only a repair but a rebirth of the suffering places.Through the analysis of disaster prevention and mitigation and the design of waterfront space for the rural areas at home and abroad in current situation,the results show that:the analysis and practice of the restoration and reconstruction after the flood in the northern area of our country is less.Moreover,the researches on water hazards and the practices of waterfront space are still prevalent in the southern region,the research content is relatively unitary,and the solution is relatively limited.Therefore,how to make use of existing geographical resources to build a new North Water Street under the premise of protecting the rural ecological environment,how to solve hydrophobia of the refugees after the floods to establish an ecological psychological model with the environment and society and how to combine the post-disaster reconstruction,the construction of characteristic town with the rural tourism together? These above three questions need to be solved.The thesis is based on the above background: First of all,In order to provide reference for the design of the North Rural Water Street,I investigated Lijiang Water Street,Wu Town Water Street,Zhou Zhi Water Street.From the three aspects of the street form,respectively the characteristics of water system,the types of space node,the characteristics of the temporary water structure,I extracted spatial combination elements and spatial layout characteristics of water-facing streets.Secondly,on the one hand,starting from the complexity of the disaster reconstruction in the northern countryside,I analyzed the influence factors and contradictory factors of rural post-disaster reconstruction in northern China;on the other hand,to satisfy the demand of the space layout,the restoration of psychological and ecology in rural post-disaster reconstruction,I analyzed how to provide a safe structure and summarized the steps and the critical problems in the design of the water street in the northern rural area after floods.At last,it will be applied in the planning and designing practice of Handan Fengfeng District to construct ecological water street with planning safety,design safety pattern and psychological stabilization.To sum up,I concluded that: After the flood,the design of the Water Street in thenorthern countryside should not only consider about aesthetics and ecology of the street,but also take its psychological safety altitude into consideration,so as to improve the psychological acceptance of the local victims to the newly-built part of the temporary Water Street,then constructing an ecological characteristic Water Street based on the mental recovery.
