With the rapid development of city gas,the application safety of city gas pipeline network is attracting more and more attention.Gas pipeline leakage is often the main cause for the safety of gas pipeline.Based on the collection and analysis of a large number of documents,this paper studies the diagnosis and emergency deployment of gas pipeline network leakage.The leakage detection technology of natural gas pipeline network is summarized and analyzed in this paper.Based on the theory of fluid mechanics,the basic rule of gas flow in gas pipeline is analyzed.Based on computational fluid dynamics,the flow and pressure changes of each node and pipe section of gas pipeline network are analyzed theoretically and empirically.The theoretical analysis is consistent with the actual test results,and the deviation is small.The flow balance method can be used to diagnose gas pipeline leakage.The key to diagnosis is the reasonable setting of the threshold of flow difference.The leakage and diffusion of gas pipeline is theoretically analyzed and simulated.A leaky orifice jet model is established,and the steady flow state of the leakage orifice jet and the unsteady gas leakage orifice jet are analyzed.The jet diffusion model of gas pipeline leakage orifice is established,and the gas diffusion theory of Gauss is used to analyze it deeply.The effects of the initial velocity and the ambient wind velocity on the diffusion velocity,diffusion concentration and diffusion width are calculated and analyzed by a case.The influence of temperature,leakage rate and wind speed on the diffusion field is analyzed.The formula for calculating the diffusion height of the leakage hole jet diffusion and the calculation formula of the diffusion distance are fitted by simulation calculation,which provides a theoretical basis for predicting the leakage and diffusion condition.The emergency rescue plan and working process of gas pipeline accident are analyzed,which provides a useful reference for engineering application. |
