| Under the condition of today’s world energy increasingly scarce,waterworks is the high energy consumption problem around the world,the common challenges of water supply industry,according to statistics,there is about 2% ~ 3% of the world’s energy consumption in the process of urban water supply every year,and the comprehensive unit power consumption in the process of water plant production in China is about 1.5 times that of developed countries.Therefore,how to efficiently complete both waterworks reformation,reduce energy consumption of water plant production,thus energy efficiency became important problem urgently to be solved in water supply industry in our country.In this paper,combining with the characteristics of water plant production,the energy consumption structure,this paper compares and analyzes each production area have been put forward rational utilization of medium voltage inverter of the research plan of the reform of water plant,achieved the following results:(1)Analyze the energy consumption structure of the water plant,it is proved that the water distribution system is the main factor of energy consumption of water plant.(2)Analyze the feasibility of medium voltage inverter used in water plant,puts forward has stronger practicability and application of frequency converter and frequency control scheme for the selection and configuration scheme,implementation factory water pressure with water demands real-time synchronous adjustment at the end of the water supply network water supply dispatching mode,enhance the level of waterworks water supply scheduling and energy efficiency.(3)Through the actual case analysis,the energy saving application effect of the medium-voltage converter in the water plant was verified,and the application scheme with good promotion value was summarized.This paper makes a contrastive analysis of the scheme and the operation data of the system with water distribution system in the water distribution system,and obtains a better energy saving effect.This thesis based on the energy saving renovation of medium voltage inverter in the waterworks application analysis,while guarantee the supply pressure,flow,energy efficiency,reduce the energy consumption of reforming goals are met.Combined with the status quo and characteristics of municipal water supply,demand and existing practical problems,than to select the reasonable methods of reducing energy consumption,and through the actual case illustrates the application of medium voltage inverter in water plant configuration method,application solutions,control mode and the actual energy saving effect.Paper studies show that the proposed both the waterworks of medium voltage inverter used as well as the system energy saving retrofit scheme,can not only ensure water and water flow,and can meet the demand of saving energy and reducing consumption,which has a certain theoretical significance and application value. |
