The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a vehicle network data col-lection system for the next generation traffic CPS platform,and to design an incentive mechanism which can be applied in the that scenario.This article can be divided into two parts,first of all,the more major network data collection system,in which the ve-hicle mobile phones communicate with each other through the WiFi interface directly,this approach will improve and support data collection in participatory sensing appli-cations.Participatory sensing plays an important role in the application of loT,which collects large scale data through ubiquitous devices and powerful sensors.For vehicle networking applications,the sensing data usually includes the location,speed,and fuel consumption of the vehicle,often with a long delay between collection and uploading to the server.Direct communication with other phone on board will help reduce the delay in data transmission,and this approach costs less.Therefore,first we designed a prac-tical,optimized communication mechanism,enabled high system efficiency through the strategically transmitting the WiFi mode of smartphone.And the second part is the incentive mechanism,usually,the user uploads the data and participates in the vehicle network data transmission process,may produce various cost.If the data collectors,that is,the application of the provider(hereinafter referred to as the platform)only collect data,but not to provide users with sufficient returns,then the user unilaterally generated costs,will gradually lose the momentum of participation.Therefore,the platform needs to rely on incentives to select specific users to pay their return.In this paper,a new in-centive mechanism for user selection and return allocation is proposed,we take into account the user’s data quality and historical participation information,to prevent users from gradually lose interest,and have different data quality requirements of the appli-cation of adaptability.And our incentive mechanism can be applied to the framework of vehicle networking.We have verified the efficiency of the data collection system by using the real taxi data set,and carried out the real experiment,which shows the effec-tiveness of our system.The simulation experiment is used in the incentive mechanism,and the result shows that our solution is superior to other methods and improves the system’s sustainability.
