Flow measurement is an important part of scientific measurement.It has been widely used in various fields of national economy,and electromagnetic flowmeter is the most widely used flowmeter in industry.Electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used in natural gas flow measurement,the requirement of the field installation is relatively low.Based on the domestic and foreign research status of electromagnetic flowmeter,working principle and actual conditions in industrial use are introduced in detail,aiming at the problem of flow meter of measurement accuracy,illustrates the purpose and significance of this research.By using the corresponding simulation software,with the simulation of the flow velocity distribution in the pipeline and the theoretical analysis of the electromagnetic flowmeter,the influence of the flow field distribution on the measurement of the electromagnetic flowmeter is obtained.In order to determine the direction of the experimental design,the selection of the experimental flow resistance and the development of the experimental conditions,it provides a wealth of evidence to support the design of the experiment.Then in the analysis of flow field on the basis of the principle of change,a wide range of fluid viscosity and flow value,calculated the flow field distribution of the 22 kinds of viscosity,9 kinds of flow conditions,and pumping out pipe sections near the measuring electrode in the velocity calculation,curve center velocity and average velocity ratio changes with the polymer concentration under various conditions the.Then according to the results of the experiment and understanding,the use of the analysis of the conclusions and comparison,and give a reasonable proof and explanation.
