| With the rapid development of the country's social economy,our country's highway construction continues to make proud achievements of the world.The construction of tunnel projects is even more so.With the extension of high-grade highways to the west,the number of mountain highway tunnels is increasing,and the road capacity is getting better and better.Tunnel trunk excavation is an important part of tunnel construction.The quality of excavation directly affects the safety,durability,investment and social benefits of the entire tunnel.Therefore,this dissertation focuses on the construction technology and technology of tunnel trunk excavation of mountain tunnels in China.Taking the actual project of Chongqing Chengkai Tunnel as the background,this paper researches the technical methods of tunnel trunk excavation construction quality control for tunnels of mountain highways.According to the current New Austrian construction methods and techniques used in the construction of mountain tunnels,this paper first discusses the relevant theories of tunnel trunk excavation,including: New Austrian theory,drill and blast theory,and total quality management theory;followed by analysis The characteristics and difficulties in the quality control of tunnel trunk excavation in mountain tunnels;and then a more in-depth study on the selection of technical methods for tunnel trunk excavation quality in mountain tunnels,including selection of excavation methods,traditional excavation techniques and new openings comparison of excavation technology,blasting technology analysis and blasting parameter design,comprehensive advanced geological forecasting technology,selection of materials and equipment,and slag removal and transportation;followed by an analysis of tunnel trunk excavation quality detection methods and control techniques.Based on the previous analysis and research,the tunnel trunk excavation quality control theory was formed.Based on the field test data,the construction of the Chengkai Tunnel site was guided,and the feasibility of the technical method selection for the tunnel trunk excavation quality control was demonstrated.The construction effect of Chengkai Tunnel was evaluated in terms of tunnel construction quality,construction progress and construction cost.It was concluded that the technical method of hole excavation quality control is feasible,the blasting effect is good,and it can better control the overbreakage and underbreak of the tunnel and improve the quality of tunnel construction;at the same time,the construction schedule is accelerated,the construction cost is reduced,and the cost is increased.The economics of tunnel construction. |
