Energy conservation and emission reduction is one of the three key areas of our country,the transportation industry consumes more than the oil.It is expected that the oil import rate will exceed 70% by 2020.Car fuel consumption and its own characteristics,road traffic conditions,the natural environment and driving level and habits.For a long time,China's automobile fuel consumption and emission regulations have been using the European driving cycle,with the rapid growth of China's car ownership,road traffic conditions have changed greatly,the actual vehicle speed,fuel consumption and emissions and laboratory certification results vary widely The As the basis of vehicle development and evaluation,it is more and more important to carry out in-depth research and formulate the test conditions cycle in line with the actual road driving conditions in China.This paper mainly focuses on the driving characteristics of taxi driving in Xining,and studies the changes of fuel consumption in actual driving conditions.The data acquisition system is used to collect oil consumption,longitude latitude and ride characteristic state parameters.The actual running condition of motor vehicle road collecting fuel and driving data based on the travel characteristics,Gaoping peak of Xining city taxi driving characteristics as well as the typical sections of the driving state,100 km fuel consumption statistics.Analyze the fuel consumption difference of taxi in different time and different section.The descriptive statistics method was used to make a statistical study on the time share and the average fuel consumption of the running characteristics,and the influence of peak speed,peak speed and acceleration on the fuel consumption of taxis was analyzed.The results show that the Xining city taxi average running time in the work day for 18.52 h,non working daily running time is 19.5h and the running time than working days long taxi 1.98h;Xining city taxi passenger time bias in a short time.Xining city taxi peak of actual vehicle driving fuel consumption per hundred kilometers is about 17.77L/100 km,the average vehicle fuel consumption per hundred kilometers(except idle outside)is about 13.48L/100km;the peak level of actual vehicle driving fuel consumption per hundred kilometers is about 13.75L/100 km,the average vehicle fuel consumption per hundred kilometers(except idle outside)is about 11.98L/100km;the fuel consumption is slightly lower than the peak.The main road peak 100 km fuel consumption is 14.26L/100km;the peak period of fuel consumption per hundred kilometers 11.43L/100 km expressway;during the peak period of fuel consumption per hundred kilometers 11.78L/100km;the peak period of 100 km fuel consumption is 9.82L/100km;the main peak of the peak period of peace hundred kilometers were 13.19L/100 km and 11.34L/100km;the peak period during the peak period of Peace Branch hundred kilometers respectively.14.84L/100 km and 11.19L/100 km.According to the statistical basis of the taxi driving conditions and operating conditions corresponding to the average fuel consumption,the use of SPSS software to analyze the fuel consumption data,the establishment of the taxi in the peak period,the peak of the fuel consumption model and the use of actual data and Error of Verification Model of Theoretical Data.Through the study and analysis,the fuel consumption regression model of each typical section is established at high and peak times,and the accuracy of the model is verified.The relative error of the peak value(40,50)in the peak-period fuel consumption model is greater than 20% in the velocity interval [1,30],and the relative error of the other interval is greater than 20% The average error of the peak period is lower than 20%.Therefore,the regression model for the prediction of Xining taxi at different times,different sections of the fuel consumption is local effective,the theoretical regression equation can be approximated to reflect the Xining taxi speed and fuel consumption relationship.
