In this paper,a new type of beam column connector is proposed to solve the problem that the beam column joints of the assembly structure need to be cast in post cast concrete and are difficult to repair after the damage.The bearing moment capacity of this connector exceeds the predetermined value under the rare earthquakes,and the damping device made of soft steel has a large deformation,which makes the connector rotate.This kind of rotational deformation can redistribute the internal force of the structure by using the seismic energy so that the internal force of the node can be maintained in the safe range and the seismic performance of the building structure can be improved.This article mainly carries out the research work and the result are as follows:(1)In this paper,the first is the numerical simulation of component stage.The results show that the hysteretic curve of the new type beam-to-column connection joint connector has good energy dissipation and can be applied to the aseismic structure.The equivalent diameter of sotf steel sleeve and effective length of sotf steel sleeve should be taken 12 mm and 30 mm respectively.The distance of the connection plates can satisfy the smooth rotation of connectors around the rotating shaft,which is enough.LY160 of the soft steel sleeve is recommended.(2)The model test shows that the hysteretic curve of the new type beam-to-column connection joint connector is plumper and it can be applied to aseismic structure.The maximum load coincides with the hysteresis curve of the model test and the numerical simulation.The simulation results can reveal the performance characteristics of the connector basically.(3)Multi group comparison calculation is carried out in the structure stage.The results show that under the effect of more frequent earthquake,the frame deformation with a new type connector can be effectively reduced,the internal force of the structure will be increased.Under the event of rare earthquake,the deformation of the mounting connector frame will become larger,the internal force of the structure will decrease.It is concluded that the more longitudinal steel bars should be set up to connect with the sleeve in actual application and the dynamic time history analysis method must be used to check the structure when the structure is designed.(4)In addition,the program design phase,model test stage,sensor layout diagram,loading system diagram,model test result,structural stage numerical simulation result,component stage numerical simulation result,machining diagram and detailed list are presented in the form of tree diagram.A BIM file is managed in a coordinated way.The expression is clear,the inquiry is convenient,and the work efficiency and benefit are improved.The application of BIM technology in the experiment has achieved the goal of improving efficiency.
