With the increasing environmental and energy consumption problems,the new energy automotive industry has been highly regarded by all countries in the world.All countries have unanimously promoted the development of green energy and related industries.Among them,the power lithium battery automatic test system applied to new energy vehicles has received unprecedented attention as a key technology for the development of electric vehicle development.The battery PACK automatic detection integrated system is a set of SIMENS S7-1500 series PLC as the control core,through the PROFIBUS field bus communication,and CAN bus and BMS communication acquisition battery pack data,and through industrial Ethernet and on-site operation screen and Remote MES system communication supports data import factory MES management system.The system architecture design is mainly composed of programmable control system,machine vision,high-precision AGV,charge and discharge tester and superior monitoring system.This article mainly based on the construction of the automated test platform,as well as the in-depth study of the test system,two aspects of the system structure design and control structure design.Focused on the key technologies of the positioning system and conducted in-depth analysis and analysis.Accurate positioning of AGV trolleys enables automatic docking with high and low pressure adaptive flexible docking plugs.Through the positioning of the high and low pressure detection devices by the vision system,the dual effects of cumulative error correction and its own target position location are achieved.According to the analysis of the positioning accuracy and compensation accuracy of the system,the rationality of the positioning accuracy is verified.The research of the detection system is mainly based on the testing requirements and testing principles,mainly including single voltage,current,discharge DC resistance,discharge voltage difference,temperature difference,insulation,battery box system capacity,copper row temperature rise and other test items to analyze and design the test process.And testing strategy.Testedwith 400 A,200A,and 100 A charge/discharge programs using the Dikalong test cabinet,which can access BMS data of the battery pack and control the state of the battery pack in real time during charge and discharge.Some test items can be synchronized by LABVIEW programmable software..The system can achieve fast response,accurate measurement at high speed and accuracy.The measured operating condition data can be stored in real-time to form a CSV file,and the file is automatically uploaded to the MES system.
