At present,with the gradual depletion of shallow layer petroleum in my country and continuous progress of petroleum mining technology,trend of mining into deep layer petroleum is gradually promoted.As the crude oil is relatively viscous,Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage(SAGD)technology is commonly adopted in the oil fields to carry out heat treatment,when the crude oil is exploited.Affected by special environmental factors in the oil fields,in other words,wellhead of production wells is narrow,submersible motor adopt an elongated structure.In order to satisfy the development needs of the current oilfield,this paper designs two 116 type high-speed submersible permanent magnet synchronous motors with different poles and slots matching,which are categorized as special motors and are different from ordinary conventional ones.As high-speed submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor is powered by the inverter,current harmonic is an important factor in the loss of the motor,and the loss of the motor itself increases to cause the motor to heat and affect the stability of the motor,therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of current-time harmonic caused by the power supply of the inverter on the performance of permanent magnet motors.This paper designs two high-speed submersible permanent magnet synchronous motors with power 20 kW,rated speed 6000 rpm and length 600 mm.Torque ripple,loss of stator and rotor core,and eddy current loss distribution on permanent magnet rotor and sheath are calculated by using Ansys/Maxwell software with different poles and slots motors under sinusoidal power supply and power supply with different inverter parameters,and analyze the air gap flux density and no-load back electromotive force of two different poles and slots motors.In the design of high-speed submersible permanent magnet synchronous motors,motor loss is thoroughly analyzed.On the basis of the optimization of each indicator,the technical parameters of the high-speed submersible permanent magnet synchronous motors are obtained.Combining with the theoretical basis of motor design,high-speed permanent magnet motors,and submersible motors,this paper solves the problems encountered in the motor design process,based on finite element simulation,through careful analysis of motor simulation results,finally,the best solution for motor design is selected.
