The Tianci bridge is a prestressed concrete continuous beam-steel truss arch composite structure bridge,which is applied in urban landscape bridge engineering because of its beautiful appearance.But this kind of bridge structure is complex,and the bridge displacement and stress is too volatile to control during cantilever construction process.In order to ensure the quality and safety of bridge construction,this paper analyzes the mechanical performance of the bridge and carries out the bridge construction monitoring.1.The space truss element model and solid element model are established by the finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL and MIDAS/FEA.This paper simulates and analyzes mechanical performance during the whole process of the construction of the bridge.The theoretical data needed for the construction monitoring were obtained,which provide theoretical support for the construction monitoring.2.Based on the space bar element model established by MIDAS/CIVIL,the influence of parameters(self-weight,prestress tension,concrete elastic modulus and concrete age)on the displacement and structural stress of the bridge is studied.The results show that the changes of self-weight and prestress have a greater influence on the displacement and stress of the bridge.The influence about elastic modulus change of concrete is different from the self-weight;The age of concrete reaches 5 days,and the increase of concrete age has less effect on the alignment and structural stress of the bridge.3.It is possible to see non-symmetrical tension in the actual construction,this paper makes use of MIDAS/FEA model study the influence of non-symmetrical tension.The results show that the asymmetrical prestressing tension will result in the asymmetric distribution of the bridge lateral displacement and the structural stress along the cross section.4.Analysis of the effect of 4 different bridge closure schemes on the structural line and stress,which provides a reference for the construction of the project.The construction monitoring scheme of the Tianci Bridge is formulated,and theself-adaptive control method is adopted to construction monitoring to ensure the safety and smooth line of the main beam during construction process.
