The shock absorber is one of the main components of the automobile suspension,which has the effect of retarding the shock and vibration.In recent years,the shock,vibration and abnormal noise of shock absorber have gradually attracted the attention of users and scholars.In the process of research,most of them carried on the experiment research which took the piston rod as the research object,or carried on the simulation research by modeling and simulation.The automobile suspension shock absorber based on hydraulic damping principle belongs to piston reciprocating mechanical movement.Therefore,there must be impact caused by hydraulic impact and mechanical inertia in the course of the reversing impact.The reversing impact have the disadvantage effects on the shock absorber,suspension and vehicle performance.Based on the theoretical analysis and aimed at the shock absorber performance as the main research object,by analyzing the simulation modeling and experimental analysis,determining the evaluation index of shock absorber performance of reversing impact and constructing the evaluation system.With the purpose of improving the evaluation index and system of the reversing impact,and improving the external characteristic of shock absorber.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,established the hydraulic simulation model of the reversing impact and analyzed the simulation of shock absorber's reversing impact performance based on AMESim platform.Secondly,put forward the test method of the reversing impact performance of the shock absorber and built the test system,the triangulation wave is used to the experimental incentive.The results of the bench test verified the correctness and effectiveness of the hydraulic simulation model and effectively revealed the reversing impact process of the shock absorber,it was the foundation for building the reversing impact's evaluation system of the shock absorber.Thirdly,reversing impact rate,impact duration and impact oscillation time consist of the evaluation system,it was laied the foundation for perfecting the performance for the evaluation method of shock absorber.At the same time,by improving the internal valves and adjuisting the user structure of the shock absorber and performance parameters to improve the reversing impact of shock absorber.The results show that it can improve the quality of the shock absorber assembly and suspension system by mastering the regular of shock absorber and improving the reversing impact performance of the shock absorber.
