Perovskite solar cells is put forward and got rapid deVelopment in recent years,a new type of solar cells,high rate of absorption coefficient,high carrier mobility and other excellent material properties make it paid close attention to by academic circles.From 2009 solar cells based on perovskite materials was first put forward by the end of 2017 in less than ten years,perovskite photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells from the original 3.8% to 22% now,its rapid deVelopment speed shows that its huge deVelopment potential,also make people to replace silicon solar cells with great hopes.At present,perovskite solar cell has become one of the most important research hotspots in new energy field.This study closely around plane heterojunction perovskite structure solar cells efficiency improvement strategy and new electronic transport layer material,the CBD of the deposition of Zn(O,S)thin film was studied,the morphology,microstructure,phase composition and optical properties of the system research and characterization,explores its as flexible perovskite solar cells the feasibility of the electron transport layer.The main research work is divided into the following parts:The first part,the chemical bath deposition process of Zn(O,S)was systematically studied and related mechanism was explored.By XPS,SEM,XRD,Raman spectra,PL spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra of the thin film characterization of morphology,structure and composition of system,the phase composition and morphology of the membrane structure system.In addition,the regulation of Zn(O,S)film related properties is effectively realized,which lays a foundation for the application of Zn(O,S)film as the electron transport layer of the perovskite solar cell.In the second part,Standard cell preparation technology was explored,familiar with complete cell preparation,for Zn(O,S)film as the electron transport layer research foundation,through the grasp of the standard cells preparation technology,made the standard battery power conversion efficiency of 10%.The third part explores the application of Zn(O,S)film prepared by chemical bath deposition process as electron transport layer in perovskite solar cell.The influence of process parameters of Zn(O,S)films on battery performance was investigated.Through the preparation of zinc under various process parameters(O,S)titanium membrane covering the calcium deposits of PL spectrum test,show that the parameters under the preparation of thin films of calcium titanium seam electronic extraction ability is different,and further preparation of complete battery device.
