The success of the construction project cost schedule control directly affects the construction and benefit of the enterprise.The core wisdom of construction project management is to adopt effective technical means,to adapt to the change of the environment and to maximize the profit by saving time,low consumption and high efficiency.Because of this,more and more construction enterprises deepen the idea of building industrialization,shift the emphasis of management to the learning of new skills and methods,and hope to improve the level of project cost control and improve the competitiveness of enterprises by relying on technological progress.The characteristics of visualization,real-time and collaborative sharing of BIM technology make up for the shortcomings of traditional cost schedule control methods,and help to improve project cost and schedule management level and ensure efficiency.The rise of BIM technology in the world is undoubtedly bringing new opportunities and challenges to the global construction industry.It’s functions and advantages in the professional field have been recognized and concerned by more and more governments,experts and scholars.This article takes the BIM technology as the research object,the real-time control and the progress of the project cost forecast as the main research aspect.The thesis is divided into two major parts,which are basic theoretical research and systematic empirical research.Firstly,it discusses the necessity of the development of BIM in the construction industry,finds the existing problems in the schedule control combining with the industrialization of construction schedule and status of cost schedule control.Then the method of cost quantitative prediction is introduced,and a cost prediction system based on BIM technology is created.Finally,an empirical study is carried out on the basis of the cost schedule control theory,The research selects the construction project example,using Revit,Navisworks and Project software to control the project schedule in real time,including the establishment of the BIM-3D model,the preparation of the schedule,the establishment of the BIM-4D model,the simulation of the construction schedule,the collision examination and so on.Based on the BIM database,the Matlab network is used as the platform,and the artificial network algorithm is used to create the network topology,analyze and calculate for getting the prediction cost,which provides data support and help for other aspects of cost control.In this paper,the BIM technology was studied in the application of construction projects schedule and cost,the research results will help to improve the level of construction project cost and schedule control,which has a certain reference value for the project schedule and cost control work,provides a theoretical basis and guidance for the more precise and effective follow-up study of the construction project schedule and cost control.
