Ecological Porous Concrete is an environment-friendly concrete and it has been widely used in urban parking lots,sidewalks,and protection engineering,which plays an important role in alleviating the effects of heavy rain,heat island effects and regulating urban ecological balance as well as beautifying the urban environment.It is made by using cement mortar as the binding material,and coarse aggregate as the structural material,which forms concrete structure system with continuous pores hollow skeleton structure.At present,China has made great progresses in the study of macroscopic properties of Ecological Porous Concrete,such as the mixing ratio design,physical and mechanical properties,compatibility with plants and so on.However,the research still needs to be deepened on the relationship between its special and complex internal pore structure and macroscopic properties.Based on existing research results,especially the study on the meticulous level of ordinary concrete,the study in this paper adopts a single-graded crushed stone(19?26.5mm)and mixes in a handful of natural river to produce a certain amount of Ecological Porous Concrete cubic standard specimen and cylindrical specimen and test its porosity compression strength.In addition,the pore structure characteristics of Ecologically Porous Concrete are analyzed and studied with the help of some equipment,such as medical CT scanners and rock cutting machines,as well as digital image processing technology including PHOTOSHOP,MATLAB,IMAGE PRO PLUS,IMAGE J and other software by employing the method of continuous layered slices and CT scanning techniques,which measures and compares its pore size,image analysis porosity,fractal dimension of pore structure.In the end,the relationship is established between pore structure characteristics of Ecological Porous Concrete and fractal dimension.In this paper,medical CT scanning techniques are utilized to acquire the image information of 30 layers aggregates and pores of Ecological Porous Concrete cube standard specimen on the basis of the APDL language of ANSYS software.Moreover,it adopts SOLID65 unit and volume rendering method to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of Ecological Porous Concrete cube standard specimen.At the same time,the appropriate nonlinear constitutive equations are selected to simulate the process of pressure destruction in order to explore destruction mechanism of ecological porous concrete.
