In the rural area of north China,the indoor temperature in winter is always lower than people's expect,as the main heating mode,the local temperature and thermal comfortable of traditional Kang is important,while the combustion efficiency is low,the cost of fuel is high,the thermal comfort is low and the pollution is heavy,the existing problems were incompatible to the growing life quality demand of the majority of rural residents and the national policy of energy conservation and emissions reduction.In the area of south China,the winter central heating facilities didn't get the promotion,the indoor thermal comfort can't be guaranteed,while the operating cost of air condition is high,the frosting problem,the operation effect is poor.Based on the existing problem of winter heating in both north and south area of China,a new type of heating system was proposed in this paper,the heat storage capacity of PCM and the high heat transfer speed of capillary network were combined to make a heat storage module,the module can be linked to the Kang and the low-temperature heat source like solar water heating system and low-capacity boiler,and it can ensure the local temperature of bed surface,improve the local thermal comfort,reduce the cost of energy and pollution.Simulation and analyze were conducted to the simplified transfer unit by Fluent,and came to the conclusion by temperature distribution in different time:in the phase of thermal storage,when the inlet water is 40? the PCM in the module will be melt in 7800s,and 2400s when the inlet water is 50?;in the phase of thermal release,the PCM will be solidified in 32400s.By the combination of theory and simulation,the experimental study were conducted to phase change thermal storage module.The design of experimental scheme?the building of experimental table and the test of experimental data were in detailed discussion.The different situation of the amount of PCM and the inlet water temperature were designed,and the surface temperature of module and the indoor temperature were tested and analyzed.And came to the conclusion:the melting time of 4kg PCM and 50 ? water inlet is shortest as 80 minutes,and 5kg PCM and 40 ? water inlet is longest as 160 minutes,and 100 minutes when there were 5kg PCM and the inlet water temperature was 50 °C,120minutes when there were 4kg PCM and the inlet water temperature was 40 ?.The heat release time of 4kg PCM was 8 hours and 10 hours when came to 5kg PCM.
