The stability and subsidence of soft roadbed have always affected the use of the road and threaten the safety of the person,the subsidence and collapse will often happen,if they were not treated well.To solve this engineering difficulty,people use light solidified coal ash which is lighter in constructing quality as filling material,especially for some areas with uneven thickness of soft soil.This article studies the application of soft roadbed,taking the light solidified coal ash as object,taking waste recycling,capital saving which is made by reducing the filling layer as starting point to analyze the feasibility of application of coal ash embankment on soft foundation.The study on subsidence and stability of coal ash embankment is conducted through numerical simulation.The main contents of this study are as following:(1)To simulate the project of coal ash road foundation in Zhongshan north road by building a roadbed model by ABAQUS finite element in order to get the data of subsidence,after comparing the observed data with the data mentioned above,it is found that the difference is within 10%,which verifies the correctness and readability of the finite element model.On this basis,a three-dimensional finite element model is established to simulate the subsidence change rule of surface and soft roadbed and road surface.(2)To design a method based on the orthogonal test which can conduct the extreme analysis and variance analysis according to the finite element simulation data of road and soft roadbed subsidence test,and the sensitivity of the embankment height,bearing capacity of foundation and time after work is obtained.The change rules of consolidation subsidence under the effect of embankment height,bearing capacity and consolidation time have been analyzed which is based on the extreme analysis and variance analysis,then,the rule curve of the effect that each single element has on the change of roadbed subsidence.The regression formula of subsidence of soft roadbed of expressway has been established by using of the Matlab to proceed data regression,which provides the theoretical support and design guidance for designation and construction of coal ash in soft roadbed subsidence.(3)In the process of embankment slope stability analysis by finite element strength subtraction,in order to analyze the relationship between different factors and the stability of the slope,using the orthogonal experiment design method with three factors,four levels,a total of 16 groups of data extreme analysis and variance analysis,analysis of the internal friction angle,cohesive force,severe the sensitivity of the three factors.And the curve of the stability of embankment slope stability is analyzed by analyzing the friction angle,cohesive force and severe single factor.The regression formula of embankment slope in soft roadbed stability is established by using Matlab software,which provides effective technical support for embankment design and construction. |
