Research On The Development Of Urban Underground Utility Tunnel In China

With the acceleration of urbanization,the livelihood,environment and economy problems brought by the underground pipeline construction in China are prominent,which affect the operation order of the city and restrict the healthy development of the city.As a kind of infrastructure engineering which integrates all kinds of pipelines,underground utility tunnel can effectively solve the problem of pipeline layout and safety,avoiding the road being repeatedly excavated and achieving the intensive development of underground space resources.It is an inevitable trend of the modernization of urban infrastructure.In recent years,the state and local governments have made great efforts to promote the construction of utility tunnel.The utility tunnel has been given unprecedented opportunities for development.However,under the current circumstances,the development of utility tunnel is also in a dilemma.Therefore,the research on the development of urban underground utility tunnel in China hopes to find a breakthrough point for solving the construction difficulties and provide suggestions for the development of the utility tunnel.Firstly,the existing regulations and standards of the underground utility tunnel in China and its construction results are sorted and analyzed in this thesis.Through literature review and expert interview,this thesis summarizes the existing problems of utility tunnel from macroscopic and microcosmic aspects.Secondly,with reference to the successful experiences of the construction of underground utility tunnel at home and abroad,six points from macroscopic and microcosmic aspects are summed up,including perfect regulatory standards,sound regulatory mechanism,reasonable special planning,reasonable cost sharing mechanism,information management platform and specialized construction and operation enterprises.Thirdly,the restraining factors of the development of underground utility tunnel are identified through causal analysis and literature research.Through expert interviews,the restraining factors are supplemented and adjusted,forming a list for the development of utility tunnel.Then,the restraining factors are systematically analyzed by means of questionnaire investigation and exploratory factor analysis,and four public factors are extracted from many restraining factors.Finally,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Chinese underground utility tunnel from four aspects,including government control,market operation,planning and design and support system.It aims to provide reference for the decision-makers and promote the rapid and good development of the underground utility tunnel in China.
